Position Overview:

The HRIS Specialist is a non-supervisory, individual contributor role responsible for working in a team environment to analyze and implement new programs and processes for the enterprise using technology such as ADP Enterprise/ Vantage, SharePoint, SAP, Success factors and other HRIS Application. Specifically, this role will work with the HR to manage ongoing processes, implement new projects, and propose areas for improvement.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

The HRIS Specialist must be technologically adept and be able to work with multiple Microsoft applications, PeopleSoft, web-based learning mgmt. systems, and databases. In addition, this role will assist in day-to-day end-user support and data cleanup for existing systems.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Responsible for the analysis and improvement of daily activities associated with various HR processes and programs such as:

o Recruiting

o Workforce Admin

o Performance Mgmt.

o Succession Planning

o Career Dev

o Company-wide Employee Surveys

o HR Intranet Pages

o Annual Review Process

* Assist with managing data in ADP /SAP/Success factors

* Assist with the design and implementation of HR systems and processes.

* Collect and analyze critical program data for HR processes and programs, including creating reports and queries.

* Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and programs through the use of technology.

* Ensure high quality of any materials created by HR Technology & Programs team through detailed reviews.

* Work directly with the vendors as needed for troubleshooting and evaluation of new technology solutions.

* Collaborate with IT, Fin, HR, Benefits, Comp, Payroll, and other business units.

* Support day-to-day end-user help requests.

* Ability to travel if needed

Candidate skills & requirements


Minimum: BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer science or Human Resources or equivalent


Minimum: 3 years of experience as HR Generalist with focus on HR Information Systems

Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources specifically focused on HR Information Systems.
