Support FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adhere to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

Responsible for managing enterprise-wide SAP Financial programs and projects in support of client business and in accordance with Information Systems goals for all divisions and corporate. Manage corporate and divisional departmental systems unique to business functional requirements. The Senior Manager coordinates the activities of Financial Information System implementation and development projects and is responsible to define the project structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Manage project teams that implement requirements, perform analysis and resolve business problems.

Financial Systems include General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivables, Fixed Assets, Profit/Cost Center accounting and banking modules.

In addition to being able to manage multiple Finance System projects, you must be able to:

1) Manage day-to-day processes, service requests, production support

2) Manage and direct team of ABAP developers - assist in technical specifications, and possibly program debugging and code reviews

3) Understand SAP Finance from a configuration stand point and Finance business processes



Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.

Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.

Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working to lead positive change in the organization assuring effective application technology.

Seeking out opportunities to apply Information Systems solutions to company problems and providing recommendations regarding technical solutions that will improve business processes.

Directing project teams using appropriate controls, change management, project management, and communication techniques.

Integrating technology direction and Information Systems goals to create optimal business solutions.

Overseeing project managers to ensure that project scopes are well defined, funding is obtained, staffing requirements are met, projects are executed within planned costs and timeframes and technical designs are solid.

Preparing project management reports for all department activities.

Responsible for the supervision and management of Information Systems staff including the recruitment, motivation, monitoring and retention of qualified personnel. Provide daily guidance as needed; create development plans, mentor staff and complete performance evaluations.

Negotiating with vendors for hardware, software and services.

Working with business partners to prioritize projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Information Technology or Business degree with relevant Information System experience

Master’s degree desirable


10 to 12 years of progressive responsibilities in Finance Information Systems with a proven track record in delivering effective IS solutions.

3-5 years of experience in management.

Demonstrated management and leadership abilities with strong organizational skills.

Expertise with enterprise SAP Financial systems or other ERP systems

Ability to work in a multi-divisional corporate environment

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Proven technical application skills

Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks for project team members, keep projects on track and meet dates consistently.

Ability to manage, coach and motivate a technical staff.
