We are looking for an

HR Service Center Advisor

to work in our office located in Denton, TX, to serve our employee base globally, with a focus on North America.

Responsibilities include:

Act as 1


line support in HR Service Center: receive calls, greet employees, register and assign ticket requests in ticketing system.

Resolve requests/inquiries submitted to HR Service Center. Encourage and educate customers regarding the use of self-service


Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to achieve employee satisfaction and operational goals.

Support the maintenance of master data in our SAP HR System.

Support a variety of special projects within the Service Center.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field of study

1-2 years of experience (or the equivalent) working in an HR related job or internship

Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience within in a very structured call center or shared service delivery model preferred.

Time management skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Demonstrated experience with process improvement and achieving customer satisfaction

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills

Ability to take information and communicate in order to gain resolution to incoming requests.

Bi-Lingual English and Spanish Required.
