We are looking for a Business Process
Consultant with strong Tableau experience to join the team in our San
Francisco, CA location.
Position Description
Position is an internal consulting role (identify problems and
solves for it) and will be responsible for looking at process improvement in
business, such as Generics business. This is a project based role where he/she
will come up with ideas, recommendations to actualize savings for the business.
Position works to sell initiatives to Senior leaders in various
businesses. Will Requires strong communication, analysis skills (financial/data
analysis), financial modeling skills, will operate in supply chain environment. To manage and successfully drive process
improvement in McKesson Corporation. This person will be a critical
player in McKesson's ever changing and growing business to deliver the right
service, to the right customers, at the right price.
Provide
consultative services to our senior executives and business unit managers
including financial reviews, business case development, and strategic
project identification.
Manage
both tactical and strategic projects throughout various areas of the business
to deliver incremental revenue, cost/expense reductions, and working
capital optimization.
To
be a change agent driving cultural change focused on the success of our
business and its customers.
Supports
the identification and evaluation of the organization's risk areas to
identify process improvement opportunities.
Leads
team in conducting meetings, interviews, reviewing documents, developing
and administering surveys, composing reports and project plans, completing
Six Sigma projects and coaching functional areas to meet Business Process
and McKesson financial metrics
Monitors
and communicates the results of process improvement projects/ initiatives
to management and the Executive Leadership Team
Develops
and maintains productive customer, staff, and management relationships
through individual contacts and group meetings.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
2 years business experience
Critical Skills
Excellent
communications skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility
across the organization in order to promote ideas and
proposals
Strategic
and analytical thinking, strong project management and problem solving
skills, sound judgment and a willingness to resolve issues and problems in
a timely manner
Solid
P&L understanding and business acumen: ROI, IRR, Cost benefit
analysis, Sensitivity analysis
Ability
to execute complex analysis and synthesize into a storyline to socialize,
influence and drive action across the organization
Self-motivated,
organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects
to successful completion
Must
have experience with Tableau - to include manipulating data within Tableau
Must have Relational Database experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Consulting
experience preferred
Will
preferably have demonstrated experience in bridging business requirement
and technical development.
Will
also have experience in working with large complex data systems to
aggregate, organize, and preparing data for use in business
analysis.
Knowledge
of data tools, such as SQL, NoSQL, Visual Basic, SAP, IBM, Neteeza,
Teradata, Hadoop, and Oracle highly preferred.
Ability to own PL2 Database responsibility
Education
Four year degree or equivalent experience required
Certifications/Licensure
Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable.
Six
Sigma Black Belt certification, or progress toward achieving
certification, desirable.
