Position summary:

This position is responsible for leading and managing the Case Management and Knowledge Base operational activities supporting the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) employee service center operations.

Requirements and minimum education level:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent.

  • Professional certification at SPHR level or MS/MBA equivalent in related field a plus.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Human Resources expertise at the management level within a company of similar or larger size.

  • Expertise must include a strong blend of HR Generalist experience as well as HR Specialist experience.


Experience:


  • Minimum of 5-10 years human resource management experience, preferably in generalist capacity.

  • Prior experience in management of HR call center experience a plus.

  • Prior experience handling leaves of absence and knowledge of family and medical leave laws.

  • Vendor management and outsource management experience preferred.

  • Experience working in HR Shared Services environment preferred.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to focus on customer needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.

  • Effectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities.

  • Ability to analyze HR industry trends and developments.

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to find innovative solution to problems.

  • Ability to drive tasks to completion without direct control of resources. Influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Effectively handles pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities.

  • Ability to handle HR information in a confidential and professional manner.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to develop proficiency in SAP HR and Siebel Case Management System.

  • Results oriented, team building and development.
