T-Mobile USA is a leading provider of digital Global System for Mobile Communications/General Packet Radio Service (GSM/GPRS) wireless voice and data technology standards. Developer 3 (Web Developer) Software located in Bellevue, WA will serve on the Sales, Services & Information (SSI) team under Operations Investment Analytics.
Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Builds software applications – Follows coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts
Assists in defining software architectures – Collaborates with other developers to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the applications capabilities
Communicates continually with the client and project teams – Explains progress on the development effort
Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
Translates requirements provided by project sponsors into designs, style guides, and functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance
Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies
Highly skilled at front-end engineering using JavaScript with third-party libraries and frameworks (jQuery, Ember, Angular, Backbone, Etc.), HTML5, and CSS3 combined experience in Microsoft development technologies (ASP.NET, EF6, Web API).
Working knowledge of SQL and database structures.
Deep understanding of developing Single Page Applications using the MVC design pattern
Solid background in web service development (REST, WCF, RIA) using Open Standards and Microsoft technologies.
Significant knowledge of SQL Server databases and related services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
Complete understanding and ability to work in the Git and TFS SCC environments.
Experience in cross-platform mobile development using jQuery.mobile or vendor development tools like SAP Mobile Platform, Sencha Architect, Kony, Lightswitch, or PhoneGap is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP Afaria MDM system is a plus.
Working knowledge of Telerik (Kendo UI) controls is a strong plus.
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies

Experience and education requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electronics, business administration or the foreign equivalent plus 3 year relevant work experience or in the alternative 5 years of relevant work experience.
