This role covers the North America region. Working closely with SAP license sales executives this individual must have the energy, passion and urgency to build an effective sales organization.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


Building high performance teams Developing , driving and winning large, complex consulting sales pursuits Developing process and executing Risk Management programs Developing processes that harvest sales and delivery innovation with the result being IP that can be re-used Creating Executive level relationships both internally and externally; inclusive of ability to position and Sell complex solutions to senior executives


WORK EXPERIENCE


Ideally, the right candidate has 15+ years experience w/5 years Management. Someone who can scale a business in a hurry Experience leading a services organization Must know Core Banking business to include understanding of deposit, loans, collateral, credit card, origination. Pure software background not ideal….must have some services


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


BS/BA required
