Yesterday, UAE-based business systems integrator, ITQAN announced that it has become an SAP channel partner, and is now authorized to resell SAP Business All-in-One (BAiO) solutions to midsize companies throughout the MENA region.

Nationally-owned ITQAN, which has offices across all of the major UAE cities and several business partners across the Gulf, specializes in providing its Enterprise clients with a range of solutions and technology such as portals and content management to ERP implementation and document management and workflow automation.

Following the successful release of 52 country-localized SAP BAiO Baseline solutions, part of the latest SAP Business Suite, ITQAN can now provide a complete solution to encompass all facets required for successful implementation including; SAP BAiO software licensing; implementation services; training and documentation; staffing and optimization support.

In order to enable predictable and affordable implementations, SAP BAiO has been designed to include preconfigured, industry-specific business processes (i.e. Chemicals, Discrete Manufacturing) and can be optimized for midsize companies with the flexibility to adapt and extend as a business evolves and grows. As announced earlier this year, SAP BAiO Extended will ultimately combine SAP Business All-in-One with SAP HANA and SAP’s mobile, analytics and cloud innovations, in an easy to deploy fashion.

For ITQAN, partnering with SAP will allow the group to “stay ahead of the market curve” explains Feras Al Jabi, General Manager at ITQAN, who describes the company a having “a deeply rooted reputation for delivering world class IT solutions based on our position as partner of choice for key international IT vendors.”

ITQAN fully intends on broadening its services for SAP solutions by offering the SAP BAiO solution to clients across Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Healthcare and Defense industries throughout the MENA region.

“Small and medium sized businesses account for more than 80% of our customers worldwide, and therefore we needed a partner that is aligned with SAP’s approach and mentality” said Sam Alkharrat, Managing Director, SAP MENA, this will help “companies to achieve their objectives, lower costs and better understand business processes, and we found that in ITQAN.”
