At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact.Expectation overview for Integrated Marketing Management: Responsible for the planning, development, project management, and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs, including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building, and sales acceleration. Work with various internal stakeholders, including Solution Marketing and, as appropriate, other worldwide and/or regional and local teams to define, recommend and implement plan strategies with emphasis on the customer. Manage project expectations and internal and external resource teams.


Market Research & Insights - Gather and synthesize market insights and company objectives including solutions, industry, geographies, and other marketing organization units. Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Development/Management to determine strategic goals for region, market unit, country, or route to market and translate into integrated and/or industry/solution specific programs. Ensure programs and campaigns are aligned with stated strategic goals. Develop Content Strategy and Messaging - Identify content for awareness, demand generation, and opportunity acceleration and other strategic purposes, combining market insights, business objectives, and key messages into integrated programs and/or campaigns. Make use of best practices to create repeatable processes and content. Align to Customer Driven Marketing Framework model. Manage asset development plan and, with Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, and Strategic Marketing Communications, co-create targeted-customer facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, and syndicating content, positioning, and messaging in order to develop high quality and on-brand marketing programs. Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders in order to align with other demand generation activities (i.e. sales plays) and deliver the appropriate plan for marketing contribution. Support/enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories. Plan campaigns and, working with Marketing Execution, identify targets, value propositions, and tactics to achieve defined goals. Evaluate overall performance, including business progress, program adoption, and pipeline impact, in order to optimize program planning. Collect and syndicate best practices. Utilize standard tools and systems to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and facilitate execution to share content and asset. Advise execution teams on configuration, execution and best practices. Participate in Strategic Planning - Work with Business Planning, Marketing Planning, and Business Development


 2-3 years of related experience  Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects)  Working in a team environment


 Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
