The SAP Academy Faculty is primarily responsible for the delivery of the content and curriculum of the program at the Dublin, CA facility.


 Facilitate a highly engaging learning environment utilizing case studies, simulations, role plays, and other interactive activities  Review curriculum content and provide input and recommendations regarding revisions  Research new and innovative curriculum content and delivery practices  Coach, guide, and empower new graduates to achieve optimum success as SAP Account Executives  Partner with SAP Executives, product experts, Top AE's and customers to deliver a classroom experience rooted in sales methodology and practice  Ensure consistency with defined processes, guidelines and procedures


 Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales / Sales Leadership roles; preferably will have managed a sales quota  Ideal candidate will have prior faculty experience


Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with experience in many of the following:  Instructional delivery  In-depth understanding of sales methodology and practices  Program Development  Project management  Instructional Design  Executive presence  Presentation skills: Effective in formal and informal presentation settings; ability to command attention and manage group process  Global cultural awareness and respect  Values Diversity: fosters a climate of inclusion within the program encouraging participants to freely share diverse thoughts and integrate into discussion  Preferred to have hands-on experience in a multinational environment  Team orientation: build strong relationships at every level of the organization and act as a strong motivator who knows how to influence and to get others to do consistently their best work  Effective problem solving skills to deliver projects on scope, on time and on quality  Ability to manage effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high level professionals  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and influence individuals Role based in Dublin, CA.
