This role reports in to the Head of AGS LAC. SAP Active Global Support is known for its world-class service and support offerings. We continuously strive to further improve our service portfolio and engagement programs and we pursue the goal to optimize our customer's solutions and safeguard their operations. SAP Premium Maintenance Engagements (SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveEmbedded) are customer tailored services for the implementation, operation, and upgrade of SAP centric application solutions. These engagements are the leading edge of the SAP support offerings for our top customers. To support the continuous stable growth of our Premium Engagements we are looking for someone, to actively drive and coordinate in SAP AGS all the activities related to positioning, contract management and administration of MaxAttention and ActiveEmbedded. Additionally, you will be the liaison between our AGS Global Program Management teams and the Premium engagement delivery teams in the region. As head of Product Management for Premium Services in LAC you will be working close to the head of AGS LAC, Support Directors of the region, Engineering architects and the Premium engagement sales teams in Latin America.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


 Architecting of value propositions for Premium Services o Delivery of 360 degree reviews to make customer tailor value propositions for SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveEmbedded o Validate value proposition for customers across the regions: ensure we have the right engagement and right scope for the customer situation o Drive value of engagements within the Premium Engagement community o Develop customer specific value proposition and engagement plans o Drive value of Engineering Services in the engagements and new initiatives in AGS (e.g Innovation Control Center and Operations Control Center) o Drive and support opportunities to position Premium Services  Sales Governance o Ensure premium sales process compliance (e.g. VSOE compliance, prices) o Manages PE contracts across the region (including contract creation and change management ) o Monitors contract execution of contracts and manage exceptions o Monitors and tracks premium engagement opportunities o Main point of contact for Premium Engagement sales in AGS LAC o Monitors and tracks status of contract renewals and extensions  AGS Knowledge transfer o Roll-out of information from Global Program Managers for SAP MaxAttention and SAP Active Embedded to the AGS organization o Provides feedback about portfolio and customer needs to global program managers o Contribute to local roll-outs of regional processes, templates and standards o Ensure new services are known in the AGS delivery community  Event Management o Coordinates and support global and local AGS events (e.g. MaxAttention Summit, MaxAttention Forums and Maxattention Lounge in local events)


WORK EXPERIENCE


 Solid practical understanding of customer engagement lifecycle  Deal shaping skills  Strong written and oral presentation skills at all stakeholder levels  Comfortable operating at C-level, both internally and externally  Solid Project Management experience


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


o Master Degree or equivalent o A management consulting, product management or support background with customer focus o Five or more years of experience in customer interaction Strategic thinking  Personal and professional integrity and business acumen  Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork, client management and interaction with stakeholders Language: English: FluentLocation: Latin America Major Locations-Mexico, Sao Paulo, Bogota, Buenos Aires
