Strong understanding and deep technical and functional expertise of ERP business applications, willingness and ability to acquire deep SAP knowledge. Must understand how business applications are aligned with technical architecture of SAP Netweaver platform.

Ability to demonstrate the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality), and the ability to build a strong working relationship with both the prospect, SAP Partners and the SAP Virtual Account Team.

Communicates the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.

Ability to grow into the role of Solution Captain (lead SE on the Virtual Account Team)

Account Executives as a product expert.

Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems

10 + years of professional business experience

3 + years of SAP Netweaver product implementation OR have participated as a team member in 2 Full Life Cycle, Go Live Netweaver implementation projects.

1+ years experience participating in sales related activities (i.e. sales support, presentation, product demonstration, request for proposal, end user training).

OR 5 + years competitive technology platform presales experience

Bachelors degree
